Wow what can I say. This place is exceptional from the room to the breakfast. The check in staff was great. Thomas was by far the best. He was helpful and could have a laugh with him. The room was massive and extremely clean. One of the cleaners left us a little note on our pillow saying for us to have a lovely stay( her name was Tanjila) That made our day wonderful. Breakfast was a vast array of food, from pastries to fruit. Hot food as well. If I had a bigger stomach I would have tried everything as it looked lovely. Our stay was a pleasure and will be back again in the future. Thankyou for a lovely stay

The location is perfect. Just in front is the tram station with free rides around city vicinity. Around the corner is free connector bus. The tram takes you straight to Glenelg or from Botanic Gardens. The rooms are clean and the 2 double beds are spacious for 2 pax and a very good sleep. Breakfast is wholesome although it would be nice to change the menu some days since I stayed a week. Alternatively Central Market is a walk around the corner to good meats, bakes and coffee.

I requested a quiet room, which I was allocated. The room was very clean bed was so comfortable bathroom had hand wash/body moisturiser , fresh clean towells, shower was perfect. Room was a huge size with a beautiful view overlooking Victoria Square. Breakfast was delicious too, the selection available was plentiful, coffee, juice, sparkling wine, eggs to your liking etc. The staff were very helpful, friendly and tables were very clean. Reception was efficient and courteous.

Primarily we chose this hotel because the location was very convenient within a short walking distance to the Chinatown, Central Market and to the Bus Station where we had to take an early coach to Cape Jervis to catch the ferry to Kangaroo Island. The tram to Glenelg stops opposite the hotel too. Overall we enjoyed our 4 days stay at this hotel. Would be my choice of hotel in Adelaide.

Wonderful view from a corner room across Victoria Square. Room was nice and quiet. Bed comfy. Minibar was reasonably priced. Tram at the front door was fantastic for getting about. Food in restaurant was excellent. I had an eye fillet one night and another night we ate in the lounge bar and had the dips - also good.
